Engineering Center of Chinese Medicine Modernization
Center of Modern Project of Chinese Traditional Medicine is built by Dalian HighTech Industry Zone and Liaoning College of Chinese Traditional Medicine.The center will promote the application and innovation of hi-tech in researching and developing Chinese traditional medi-cine, based on the strategy and policy of "the Tenth FiveYear Plan of the development in scie-nce and technology of Liaoning Province", relying on abundant natural drug resources in the Northeast Three Provinces.
The centre makes up of a center of research and development and security evaluation of new Chinese traditional medicine, aiming to serve relevant enterprises and organizations of research and development by offering them technological research and medicines safety evaluation, and to promote the industrialization of the modern research findings of Chinese traditional medicine. We build the center in order to perfect the system of research and innova-tion and technology support of B. P. Park, aiming to improve the whole innovation level of biotechnological and pharmaceutical industry. We will help biotechnological and pharmaceutical industry of Dalian enter international advanced fields.

State Marine Drug Engineering (Dalian) Center
Centre of National Ocean Medicament Project in Dalian is built by Dalian High-Tech Industrial Zone and the centre of National Ocean Medicament Project of Chinese Ocean University. The centre of National Ocean Medicament Project in Dalian is a center of researching project of technology, which works for mid-test project of oceanography technology, production transfer-ence and promoting industrialization of production. It looks on ocean resources as main resour-ces, and the biotech of halobios as the leading technology, and the industrialization of ocean druggery as the top.
The centre has developed four kinds of ocean medicines and four series of health care
products which have already been put into production. At present, the center has successively
developed three new national top medicines and plans to put them into industrialization.
These scientific research products include the new anti-AIDS medicine named Ocean Medicine
911, anti-cardiopathy ocean medicine named D-Polyglyceride,anti-atherosis medicine named
Ocean Medicine 916 and the project of I~(1,4)-polyglycosamine-3-O'-sulfate-6-Osulfate-6'-
O-carboxylmethyl ether sodium.
The goal of the center is to build up a base of mid-testing national halobios and industriali-zation reaching an international level and demonstration leading role.

Platform for Pilotscale Experiment of Innovative Drugs
Mid-Test Platform of Innovative Drug is built by Dalian High-Tech Industry Zone and Shenyang Pharmacy University. The platform is a mid-test base meeting national standard of GMP, engaged in mid-testing innovative drugs and choosing a suitable way of biotechnology for industrialization. At present, we are doing experiment on a carrier of a kind of new-type target medicine named Lipid Microsphere. The project is very important to the development of industrialization of lipid micrococcus intravenous iniection. |
