Domestic and foreign noted scholars and the academicians of the domestic " Two Academy " are encouraged to settle in the Park and establish scientist studios, and the Park will offer the project fund support of RMB 200,000 ~ 1,000,000 Yuan;
As for the "863" and "973" achievements, the second prize of National Science and Technology Advancement Prize or the first prize of provincial science and technology advancement, the demonstration project of national hi-tech industrialization and other industrialization projects, the Park will offer fund supports at varied amount according to the innovation degree and maturation degree of projects;
Investors domestic and abroad involving various economic elements are encouraged to invest in the Park by means of wholly foreign invested, joint ventures and others. As for projects with the investment scale of more than 30 million USD and the investment density of more than 400USD/m2, the Park will offer key support and financial subsidies;
Dalian Hi-tech Industrial Park specially establishes the "Fund for Program of Science and Technology Development" and will offer supports of varied forms to key projects settled in the Bio-tech and Pharmaceutical Industrial Park . |
